Following the Significant Growth Talabatey Has Experienced Over the Last Six Months Across All Service Types
Talabatey reached 25,000 successful orders during the last weekend alone, and the annual growth is expected to reach 100% by 2023. To maintain and improve service quality, Talabatey has decided to establish a specialized center to monitor all types of operations, known as the Talabatey NOC (Network Operations Center), developed by Talabatey Technologies, the technical arm of Talabatey.
The Talabatey NOC is fully integrated in terms of infrastructure and software, monitoring everything related to the smooth flow of operations and detecting any issues that may affect orders, using the latest AI technologies.
Monitoring includes detecting any disruptions in internet networks, infrastructure, or logistics across Iraq, whether in a specific province, area, or even at the level of a single user.
This center has brought about a real improvement in diagnosing and resolving technical issues before they impact the end user. It is part of a comprehensive vision to maintain service quality amid the significant growth in demand.
